Useful information

The meeting will take place in the Laboratoire J.A. Dieudonné in Nice, France. The LJAD is situated on the campus of Valrose in the center of Nice (in red on the following picture). You can find some detailed acces information here.

How to find your hotel: the hotels closest to the Campus are

A bit less close but at the sea and reachable by tram is the Hôtel Ibis Budget Californie Nice Lenval. Many more offers for accomodation (of very different qualities and prices) can be found via the usual websites.

Attention : please don't wait too long before booking your hotel ! The hotels at that time are quite expensive, in particular for the night of the Grand Prix de Monaco.

How to get to the city centre when arriving at the airport:

- By tram : you can take line 2 from Terminal 2 to the center (stop 'Jean Medecin'). From there you can join the campus by taking the tram line 1. 

- There is an express line from the airport to the train station which is very much in the centre of the town. The schedule can be found here. The price of the ticket is 6 Euros.

- If you are slightly more adventurous, you can take the regular line 23. It stops more often, the stop Vallot is very close to the University Campus. Here is the link for more detailed information. 

How to get to the lab: take the tram in the direction Henri Sappia and get off at "Valrose Université". From there just follow the crowd of students to the university campus. Your id will be checked at the entrance of the campus, the security will have a list of all the registered participants. Once you are on the campus the LJAD is the building W on this map
